If you have never attended a Key Club convention you are really missing out! Every year around early April, the Capital District has a convention in a city within its region. The Capital District includes Maryland, Virginia, D.C., and Delaware. The purpose of this convention is to elect new officers for the District Board and to introduce the officers of each club to their new positions. Convention is so much fun because you get to spend a whole weekend away from your parents and with your friends. You also get to meet all sorts of new people from around the area.

Below are links that will take you to descriptions of the 2001 convention, which was held in Chesapeake, Virginia from March 30-April 1, according to different people.
