I have worked, and continue to work, on the History of the Hebrew Language, updating the topics included in my book on this subject.
In the field of Hebrew Philology and Exegesis, after having published critical editions of the main works of the 10th century, and articles on related topics, I continue to work on the Philologians of the 10th century in Cordova and on Abraham ibn Ezra. I am also expanding my research to the Sephardic traditions of philological and Biblical studies after 1492.
After having worked several years on Hebrew poetry in al-Andalus, at the present time I am working mostly on Hebrew poetry in the Christian Kingdoms of Spain, and particularly on the group of poets of Saragossa at the beginning of the 15th century.
Years ago I worked on Septuagint and on the philological work of the Hellenists and Hebraists from Renaissance Spain, and I return from time to time to this field of research.
