Hi everyone!
I know that I don't do a whole lot with my anime sets, and that I may never get around to completing a whole blue seed series but hehe I had to do this one! How could anyone turn down a reason to edit this pic? To create this one I first clean up the background of the original image (it was just a night sky with some maple leaves and such in a few shades of blue). Then in paint shop pro I magic wand selected the clean white area I just made, with the paint brush tool set on density of 20 I filled in the white area with bunches of shades of blue then hit guassian blur to smooth it out and added more light colors then hit soften. The finishing on the edges was done with the shape tool and a photoimpact color preset of my making (use the light blue background color and metallic in shading) The little vines were done in photoimpact with mask and one of my own scans from an antique children's book illustrated by Harry Clarke. Speaking of Harry Clarke, I'm planning on making a few font (ding bat) sets based on his illustrations of various novels! I will also be featuring a section of stock images (color and gray scale) devoted to strange and wonderful 19th century illustrators and antique and modern tarot cards!
