19, 2001 Hi! Sorry about the long wait for a new set but I had trouble figuring out how to display this one. I ended up using a mock layer technique of my own devising where the right side outer, and the bottom center images are set as backgrounds so that you can add text and buttons. Oh the art used in this set is copyright Jhnen Vasquez. Feel his coolness. Feel it! How: First I scanned a few pages of a comic book then I took the image of Nny and cleaned out the background. For the light background I cropped out a piece of "comic white" and tiled it onto a large canvas then I copy and pasted Nny as transparent selection and spliced together pieces of a comic panel for the outer edge of the image and merged all. Then I took part of the top of the large image and resized it for a button then expanded the canvas and mirrored it onto it's self. the darker background was made using the paint brush tool and blur effect. After the button was made I resized it again to my liking. Back to the large image with Nny I cropped off the edges so that it would appear seamless and then used the slicer thingie in paint shop pro 7. All in all this set took me 4 days to create but only cause I had no clue how to put the whole thing together. Enjoy C. Fly PS be glad I didn't make a happy noodle boy set! |
