I found this great pic of washu as the goddess today, and I just had to use it in a set :)  That second bar is meant for image map links, you will need some sort of paint program to add your text and, you will also need an image map program (or the html codes).  This is of course a table set, so you will need the codes to make the tables. If you think paint shop pro is too complicated for you, try visiting download.com I'm sure there will be tons of easy to use, sometimes free programs there for the taking.
