I know I went back on my word about no more text in sets thing but today I just couldn't help it. After I made the background I just couldn't think of anything at all to use for buttons. I didn't want to just throw it onto the background page to slip into the cracks so, I copped out and just dressed it with text. I think I picked a pretty good font for it though, it's called John Handy LET and you can only get it if you have photo impact 6. If you need extra buttons or a custom banner just email me and I'll do it for free. This is another set inspired by a show called trading spaces (on the learning channel). It based on designs using tissue paper and homemade stencils for wall paper. The interior designer who came up with this wonderfully money saving idea (that i am planning to use in my study) was Hilda Santo Thomas. I hope you enjoy this set as much as I did making it!

How: First I took a blank canvas in paint shop pro 7 and washed over it with the dark blue green color. Then using the paint tool with the opacity setting of 33 and size 40 pixels I placed random squares of light green all over the canvas over lapping a bunch of times. After that was done I imported the image as PSD format into photo impact 6. In another blank canvas I slapped down some dingbats, converted them from text to image, and with the colorize pen and color transform pen I gave them a nice wash. You should start out with a light to medium gray color in your dingbats so that they colorize better. After I got the look I wanted in the dingbats I moved them over to my "tissue paper" background resized them with the warp tool and moved them around to my liking. Like all my designs this is fairly easy stuff by it does take a nice chunk of time to get just right (2 hours and 5 minutes). If you've got the time and the money for the programs you should try this one on your own!
Take care of yourselves!
Lots o' Love,
