To be considered for membership into 'The Jacob Brent Guardian Angels,' simply copy this form, paste it into an empty e-mail, fill out the information, and e-mail it the Head Angel, Munkustrap Kitty!
Important: The Application must be completely filled in! If you do not fill in the entire form, your Membership Application will be ignored. Once you have e-mailed me your form, I will get back to you as soon as possible about your membership! It will usually take about a week to review your information.
Included with your membership will be the weekly JBGA Newsletter, filled with the latest news on Mr. Brent and information on future JBGA projects. It also includes a weekly 'Picture of the Week!' If you do not wish to recieve the JBGA Newsletter, please specify that!
The JBGA is a non-profit organization. There are no membership fees or annual dues. Membership is completely free and open to any fan of Jacob Brent!
