Help
What lies in my mind
are thoughts unknown
waiting to be found
so they can be shown
Longing to be heard
needing to be released
can someone hear me
help me please
Locked up inside
where nobody can see
looking for a way
to one day be free
The noise is so loud
but only to me
will it ever stop
or kill me eventually
I need to be heard
to be told I'm ok
and to know for sure
I'll make it through today
