My Dreams
My dreams take me far away
to a place that seems so real
where my worries disappear
and calmness is all I feel
My dreams are only fantasies
to get me through the night
it's a place I can go
where all the stars shine bright
My dreams are a safe haven
where I can always journey to
and knowing each dream I'm in
will always be some place new
My dreams, only I understand
stay with me through the night
never letting go
until the morning light
My dreams stay deep in my heart
and never leave my mind
so when I awake in the morning
I know there'll be another night
