Self
Inflicted
Self Inflicted was formed in
January 1995 when singer, songwriter and guitarist John
Demas met drummer Kenny Ruyter. Soon
after bassist Allen Emerson completed the band
lineup. In August 1995, Self Inflicted released their compact disc
"Excuse Me", a twelve song demo. Since then, the band has
toured live in halls and clubs on the east coast and has sold over
three hundred copies of the demo disc. Well received from the
start, Self Inflicted has been getting excellent press in many
music publications. With a unique, powerful and original style, the
band has over fifty songs to date. Currently, Self Inflicted(tm
1995) is recording their next release.
