Rain, Rain Go Away!!!!

It is raining again today. We need it but still I wish the sun would come out. I have loved the cool weather this week. It has felt a lot like fall. It is suppose to get warmer though by the weekend.

I came into work this morning to yet another power outage. This time it blew my surge protector as well as my boss's. So now I have to scamble to purchase new ones. The outage also caused the pump at the well house to blow so we are also currently without water. *sigh* My boss, our two co-ops and our Chief Ranger are all down trying to get it fixed.

I am about to go and purchase over $20,000.00 worth of IT equipment. 2 new laptops, 1 new desktop, 2 new laser printers (one is going on my desk, Yea!) a new GPS unit, a HUGE scanner, and some thumbnail drives. I LOVE spending money...espeically when it is not mine. LOL

My plans for the weekend aren't many. Saturday is Bugfest at the science museum which should be a lot of fun. I am hoping I work up the nerve to eat a cricket. LOL Other than that I am just going to relax and enjoy the warm weather.
