That's right, Earth is having the Strongest man in the world competition, where the most strongest can only win. The competition will be held on Put Date Here. Here are the rules for this competition.
Rules
No killing. (PL cannot go down to 0 or less.)
People who have been damaged to 20 PL or less MUST give up.
No weapons allowed(Also includes items that give MP).
One on one fights only.
Prizes
There are of course prizes to the champion who wins this tournament. One is $5000. Another prize is the champion belt(does nothing, except it's real shiny). Also included are 2 Dragonballs, which in legends says will awaken a dragon to grant one single wish to whoever collects them all. I'm not sure if the legends are true, but they might be worth a lot.
