The technique I use to create a plaque like this is very simple. First, I choose the stone - this one is black granite. Then, I write the text on my computer and print it on standard paper. I spray the stone with adhesive spray and glue the paper to the stone. Next, I use a coarse diamond drill bit and slowly drill right through the paper. After that, I peel the paper and check the results, fine tune it etc. Finally, I apply enamel paint to the surface and squeegee the excess away. Then it's off to the frame shop...Thanks!
