Who Is Jesus

And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight. And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel, Which also said, "Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven."- Acts 1:9-11

He walked the road to Calvary

Filled with agony and shame.

In innocence, He took my place

Sweet Jesus is His name.

The lamb of God, He died for me

For a sinner who has failed,

What love He gave, what sacrifice

On that cross where He was nailed.

Lord, what a gift you freely gave

You took my place upon that cross.

So I’d be saved by your sweet grace

And I would not be lost.

Sweet lamb of God, the King of Kings

I can’t wait for that great day

When You return to take us home

You are the only way.

Luke 1:35 *Messiah* He first found his own brother Simon, and said to him, "We have found the Messiah" (which is translated, the Christ). John 1:41 God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth." The woman said to Him, "I know that Messiah is coming" (who is called Christ). "When He comes, He will tell us all things." Jesus said to her, "I who speak to you am He." John 4:24-26
