Fly to Viridian City . Talk to the old man who catches the Weedles at the top of town . Make him catch a Weedle then fly th Cinnabar Island . Surf on the right coastline untill a Pokemon called 'M or Missingno. appears . Do not catch them because he will erase your game . You may also find higher than level 100 Pokemon where Missingno. is found .
