The Lord,
The Fountain of Living Waters
Jeremiah 17:13


For the Lamb
which is in the midst of the throne
shall feed them,
and shall lead them
unto living fountains of waters:
and God shall wipe away all tears
from their eyes."

And be not drunk with wine,
wherein is excess;
but be filled with the Spirit;

My people have committed two evils:
they have forsaken Me,
the fountain of living waters,
and hewn themselves cisterns—
broken cisterns that can hold no water."
Jeremiah 2:12-13




Jesus said,

He who believes in me,
as the scripture has said,
out of his belly (innermost being )
will flow rivers of living water
John 7:38

As they talked she came to believe
that He was God.
So she asked Jesus for the living water.

Jesus invites all the thirsty to come unto Him.
The Invitation - "Come"
The Availability - "Any man"

For whosoever
shall call upon the name of the Lord
shall be saved.
Romans 10:13





This living water is the Holy Spirit
living inside us.
Like the woman at the well,
we who believe in Jesus
will find our sins forgiven
and peace in our relationship with God.
We will also have a new desire
to know all that we can know about God
"The Fountain of Eternal Life"
The Lord Jesus Himself.

Jesus said:
Whosoever drinketh of this water
shall never thirst again.
John 4:12





Lasting happiness and fulfillment
comes from living by God's Word,
which nourishes your spirit,
and grows your relationship with God


You shall be like a watered garden,
and like a spring of water
whose waters do not fail.
Isaiah 58:11


6 And he said unto me,
It is done.
I am Alpha and Omega,
the beginning and the end.
I will give unto him that is athirst
of the fountain of the water of life freely.
Revelation 21:6



And the Spirit and the bride say, Come.  
And let him that heareth say,  Come.
And let him that is athirst come. 
And whosoever will,
let him take the water of life freely.
Revelation 22:17


The River Is Here


Down the mountain the river flows
And it brings refreshing wherever it goes

Prayer:
My Lord, I come to drink
from your healing,
life-giving waters.
Take me and fill me.
Let rivers of living water
flow from my innermost being
to other thirsty and needy ones.
Thank you, precious Fountain of Life.
