10 Then the disciples went away again
unto their own home.
11 But Mary stood without
at the sepulchre weeping:
and as she wept, she stooped down,
and looked into the sepulchre,
12 And seeth two angels in white sitting,
the one at the head, and the other at the feet, where the body of Jesus had lain.
13 And they say unto her,
Woman, why weepest thou?
She saith unto them,
Because they have taken away my LORD,
and I know not where they have laid him.
14 And when she had thus said,
she turned herself back, and saw Jesus standing, and knew not that it was Jesus.
15 Jesus saith unto her,
Woman, why weepest thou?
whom seekest thou?
She, supposing him to be the gardener,
saith unto him,
Sir, if thou have borne him hence,
tell me where thou hast laid him,
and I will take him away.
16 Jesus saith unto her,
Mary.
She turned herself, and saith unto him,
Rabboni; which is to say, Master.
17 Jesus saith unto her Touch me not;
for I am not yet ascended to my Father:
but go to my brethren, and say unto them,
I ascend unto my Father, and your Father;
and to my God, and your God.
This account of Jesus's Powerful Resurection
is vivid illustration of His great love and salvation
for each of us who are devoted to seek God
with a humbled heart full of thanksgiving
for all he has done for us.
Mary's past had been crucified with Jesus on the cross.
And Jesus now called her by a new name -
"Mary"!... Free from any sinful attributes from her past.
She realy experienced a true freedom in Christ
that the world in her day would never have givin her.
By her faithfulness and devotional service to Jesus
She remained very close to Him during His trial and execution
This brought God's blessing upon her in that
she, a woman, was the first to see Jesus in His ressurected body!
May we also faithfuly seek the Lord Jesus with all our hearts,
And allow Him to communicate to us also a new identity,
and reveal His glorious liberty unto us
as children of the Most High God
Where our fellowship with Him can soar
He has purchased us at so high a price.

What does His ressurrection mean to you?
Believe that The Lord Jesus died
to pay for your sins
and Is Risen for Us
to give us a New Eternal Life.
Recieve Him as your personal Saviour today
and start participating in the Power
of His Ressurrection.

An Easter Prayer
Lord God Almighty, on this glorious Easter Day
set a fire in our hearts to seek and know you:
an intense burning to totally love and serve you.
A burning because of the aweful price of the cross where you suffered to redeem us from sin.
A burning because of the incredible ressurrection where you triumphed over death and despair.
You, Lord Jesus, are risen, and we praise you,
And we praise the Spirit for making it happen.
We praise you for comforting those with pain,
for healing those with broken and lonely hearts,
for sustaining those with doubt and uncertainty,
for strengthening those who are weak and frail,
for restoring those disabled by crippling strokes,
for encouraging those losing their sight and sound,
for mending bones that are fragile and broken,
for freeing those enslaved by insidious self will,
for empowering us to love and bless one another for calling us into ministry of reconciliation and for granting us the free gift of enternal life---
As we walk the pathways of life this week,
light a fire of love and kindness in our hearts,
a burning to surrender our wills to you each day,
a hunger for revival in our hearts and midst.
O Christ, reign in our lives this week.
O Holy Spirit, revive and saturate our souls.
