7 of 9 is a character on the now defunct Star Trek: Voyager . Assimilated by the Borg as a child, shelater allowed all of the Borg technology to be neutralized or removed from her body. Throughout the series, Seven attempts to recapture her humanity. Like Mara Jade, she is fiercely independent.Furthermore, she is constantly changing and developing as a character. Physically she has beaten a Vulcan, a Talaxian, and a human. It would be interesting to pit Mara against 7. Who would win? Mara has whipped opponents before, but has never fought a former Borg. Sarah Kabala suggests a different point of view: "Just because 7 of 9 was hot and was a Borg doesn't make her superior to Mara in looks or in a fight. No one knows exactly what Mara looks like so any arguments about who is more attractive are pointless. If they fought unarmed, I think it would be a close battle, but Mara would win because the Force would enable her to anticipate 7's moves. With her lightsaber Mara would definitely win. It's a lightsaber! But why would they fight? I think that they would probably get along with each
other reasonably well."

Mara would definately win. Whoever says that 7 of 9 is stronger is a
moron. To quote Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II: "The Jedi moves with the
speed of light, both in and out of combat." If a trained Jedi can move
that quickly, then wouldn't they far stronger than any android or cyborg?
Second, the lightsaber. Any energy weapon (which seems to be the only
type of weapon that people from Star Trek use) can be blocked by a
lightsaber.Third, the Force (again). Mara could pull any weapon from 7 of 9's hand. Even if 7 could use a lightsaber, Mara would just pull it out of her hand,
because 7 of 9 has no Force power to draw on and keep the weapon in her
hand.So anyway, Mara would beat the stuffing out of 7 of 9...but only if she
wanted to. After all, they'd probably get along nicely enough.
Interesting ending point, Mike. But the way 7 gets on B'Elanna's nerves, somehow I think she would do the same to Mara.....

Mara would kick 7's @$$ with a lightsabre or blaster, even if
seven was a fully armed Borg, she would win in a un-armed fight too, she
has the force as her ally and she is a master with it. If she didn't
have the Force it would be close, but I suspect Mara would win, she is
more agile and quicker than any borg I have ever seen! Sure, she's not
as strong, but as long as she can avoid being hit she would win.
And when it comes to looks, for me there is no queston, the Mara
from the comic book is way better looking (besides, I like Redheads).
RJ Bauer conjectures: Personally, I think that Mara wouldn't stoop so low as to even speaking to 7, but if they did fight, Mara would win hands down. If it was an unarmed match, like Diane said, the Force defies all logic.

Seven is not borg. No matter what her past, she is now only less than
17% borg. She doesn't have the adapting abilities nor the usual
strength. She grows weaker as she loses her borg abilites. Mara Jade
would whip her butt!
I really like both women, but you can't change facts.

Cyan Garmondy presumes: 7 of 9 would kick Mara's A@$$.NOt only is 7 a really hot borg/human type a thing but she is TOUGH-and she could probably still use some of her borg inplants to REALLY kick Mara's ass. BUT I don't think MARA would go down with out a fight. It would be a pretty good fight.
