The Abstinence you may not remember by the title but may remember this. In this episode George's girlfriend has mononucleosis so no sex for George.
Jerry- Jerry is suppose to talk at his former junior high for Career Day. First he gets bumped then there is a fire drill. Later his agent gets him a two hour time slot in front of the school. He has George come in and help because of his new "intelligence". George just before has sex with a waitress and is now the same old George.
Kramer- Kramer is kicked out of Monk's for smoking a cigar. Kramer and some people he met on the street go over to his apartment and turn it into a smoke room. With in 72 hours, or 4 days, Kramers teeth are all brown and his face is all wrinkled. Kramer get his lawler Jackie Chiles. Jackie can help Kramer but kramer settles it on his own.
Elaine- Elaine's boyfriend is studying to get his licence to be a doctor. She later finds out he does not know to much about medicine. She tells him about the no sex that George did. This works but Elaine becomes in idiot without sex. After her boyfriend gets his licence he leaves her.
George- George's girlfriend has mononucleosis so he cant have sex. Because of this George gets really smart. He gives batting advice, speaks Portuguese and prepares a presentation for Jerry's assembly. george is able to pick up a Portuguese waitress and losses his intelligence
