The CAT is a high speed ferry that goes from Bar Harbor, Maine to Yarmouth, Nova Scotia in just under 3 hours. It also goes from Portlandm Maine to Yarmouth in 5 and a half hours. The CAT can carry up to 775 passengers, 250 cars and 14 motor homes or tour buses. We have enjoyed going on the CAT. They have a cafe, duty free shop, movie lounge, upstairs is the casino and their is plenty of decks for viewing. If you would like to see what is aboard the CAT you can visit their site.
