DEAD KENNEDYS!!!!!
These are the true originals of punk. Sure their sounds are quite different than our modern day punk, but that don't mean they're a messed up band who take heroin on a regular basis. Actually it does, but don't get me wrong!! The dead kennedys made their punk scene in the late 70's, EARLY 80's. Lead vocalist Jello Biafra has that low toned sound, Klaus Flouride bassist, Bruce Slesinger on the drums, and then there's the second guitarist, known only as 6025. If anybody puts down Dead Kennedys, kill em'!!!
