In large mixing bowl, mix 2 cups of white vinegar, 1 can of beer, 1 pack of Goya Sazon mix (found in any grocery store in the international aisle). Add 3 tablespoons of chives, 2 tablespoons of granulated garlic, 2 tablespoons of hot sauce, 1 cup of crushed red pepper, 1 cup of light brown sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of horseradish. Once this is all in the bowl mix together with a large whip. Add your venison (you may also use beef) and let marinate in the refridgerator for at least 24 hrs. For best results cook out on the grill.
