Venison Jerky II

You will need:

Cut meat into thin strips approximately 1/4-inch thick and 1/2-inch wide. Mix ingredients in a large container that can be covered. Marinate meat for 24 hours in the covered container. Stir at least once. Place meat on oven rack or smoker and dry at 125-150 degrees. Normally takes between 6 and 8 hours.
