1. Practice meditation and OBEs.
2. Give yourself suggestions just before sleep and when you first wake up. For
example, "I want to be psychic."
3. Visualize yourself pouring love out in all directions.
4. Imagine extending your awareness until you're trying to feel the emotioms
of your whole neighborhood.
5. Try musical meditation and listening to hypnotic songs.
6. Give yourself reminders (like post-it notes) with messags like "you're
psychic" or "you can leave your body."
