Tori Amos

One day I was watching MTV and this new video came on, I was completely captivated but that beautiful red-head, her voice and the song. I swelled up inside me and washed over me. It was incredible, and music is like that to me, but the power of this girl made me shake. I went out to by Boys for Pele and when I listened to it I giggled and cried, threw up.
It felt real good.
Tori Amos is defiantly a goddess, the way she speaks, sings, and carries herself. On any one album she mixes love, beauty, hate, barely tolerable pain-lots of emotions, and they sound sweet. The girl and her piano-together are magical. When she sings without her piano she sounds lovely, but there is something missing if you know her music well, and it is the same when she only is playing. She is immensely talented, and always has been. I love her dirty mouth, strength, beauty, and spunk. All this makes her music what it is. Her music is a gift to us all that she gives freely.
