Judging

Judging will be done by myself and other HTML programers.
It will be judge on, loading speed, ease of navigation, use of html,
and all around appeal.

Requirements

1. No promoting of illegal acts.
2. No pornographic material or links their of.
3. No racism, or otherwise degrading context.
