Chicago trip
Lisa and me spent the weekend in Chicago in September 2000. We stayed with Aunt Barb and Uncle Denny.
We went to the riverwalk in downtown Naperville, where they happened to have a arts and crafts festival. We didn't need to plunk down $10 at the Chicago Museum when we had it all in Naperville.
We went to downtown Chicago and had some awesome Chicago-style pizza at Giordano's.
We drove to Wrigley Field to have our pictures taken in front of the familiar sign.
We walked along the North Shore Beach and saw seagulls, lots of seagulls.
We spent the evening at the famous Navy Pier where we watched the sunset and heard some good live music.
Sunday, all of my relatives in Chicago gathered for a morning of Dunkin Donuts, OJ and coffee.
