Pirotess is the most powerful dark elf in Lodoss. When the hand of chaos fell upon Lodoss, the dark elves chose to side with King Beld, and Pirotess arrived to serve Ashram, the Black Knight.
The dark elves are an evil offshoot of the elven race, in many ways stronger and definitely more insidious than their surface-loving brethren. Seemingly fragile and darkly alluring, Pirotess can defeat most human warriors with her swiftness and dark magic, as well as her deadly accuracy with her throwing knives. When she comes face-to-face with Deedlit an ancient anger born of centuries of hate and prejudice comes into play, with one inevitable conclusion.
