This years Cleveland Chat Meet will be held at the Comfort Inn , 7701 Reynolds Rd. (RT.. 306) Mentor, Ohio. Reservations should be made as soon as possible. The cut off date for making reservations is Sept. 13. After that date we cannot guarantee a room with the group. The number to call is (440) 951-7333.. There isn't any 800 number to call.. For this we apologize. The rate for the room is $59.00 plus tax. All rooms have coffee pots, hair dryers and data ports. Be sure to mention the Cleveland Yahoo Chat Meet when making reservations. Also give them your chat name. We will have a meeting room where all can meet and get to know one another. Coffee with be provided in that room at all times.

The Hotel offers a Continental breakfast. There isn't any restaurant in the hotel but there are 12 restaurants of all kinds within walking distance of the hotel. The big Mall is only 1 1/2 miles from the hotel.

The registration fee of $33.00 includes a buffet dinner in the Ball Room and dancing to a well-known DJ from 8 - ? There will be a cash bar from 6 - 12. For those coming in on Thurs, we, shotiz and dustyjo, will be at the hotel. We will be staying there throughout the meet. The Cleveland area has numerous attractions you can go to. We thought of a trip down the Grand River and Lake Erie on the Good Time III for Friday evening or possibly Saturday afternoon.. The cost of this would be $15.00. Let us know what you think of this. We are asking you to bring a door prize. It should be $10.00 value. Homemade items are always a big hit. The hotel offers an indoor swimming pool and a work out room. Dress is casual for the weekend.

The buffet dinner will be catered by Cappelli's Catering. There will be 3 entrees: Beef, Chicken and Lasagna. Dinners will include potato, vegetable, salad, dessert and beverage.

If traveling the turnpike, get off at exit 13, Streetsboro exit, and get on 306 North, for app. 30 miles.. follow that , you will cross over Rt. 90. Stay on 306 north about 1 1/2 miles... Comfort Inn on the right. If coming Rt. 90, get off at Rt. 306, Chillicothe Rd., go North about 1 1/2 miles. Comfort Inn will be on the Rt.

Just a follow up letter about the chat meet. Some have sent me an email saying they misplaced the info we sent them. If you have done that please let us know and we will resend you another letter on the meet.

Remember, registration money of $33.00 includes a buffet dinner and dancing to a DJ after that. A cash bar from 6 - 12. The ball room where the dinner/dance will be held holds approximatly 200 so we will have plenty of room for dancing.

Remember to bring your door prize. The hotel offers an indoor swimming pool and work out room so bring your bathing suit.

The cost of the rooms is $59.00 plus tax. When registering mention the Cleveland Yahoo Chat Meet. Give them your full name plus your chat name. For those of you arriving by plane there is a shuttle from the airport directly to the Hotel for a small fee.
