Series 2 Info

Background Info:

Series 2 Cards were released in March of 1999, when the first series became "retired". When these new cards came in, some stores were sold out in less than an hour! Because these cards are so popular, it's important to know some information about series 2.

Different Colors:

There are 4 different colors in series 2. They are blue, green, silver, and gold. Just like series 1, gold is the hardest to find. Blue is the easiest color to find. Note that the common cards, trivia cards, and posters do not come in different colors.

The Different Cards:

There are 4 main types of cards. They are Rare Bear Cards, Retired Cards, Birthday/Rookie Cards, and Common Cards. Common cards are the easiest to find, and the Rare Bears are the hardiest to find.
Included in every pack of cards is a trivia card and a checklist. In every box, you will find 1 poster.

Autographed Cards:

People are extremely lucky if they happen to get an autographed card. Ty Warner signed 1 of each card, in each color. That makes a total of 304 autographed cards in series 2. The autograph is written with a gold paint pen. Beside the signature is the number 1/1, which indicates that this card is number 1 out of 1 made. There is also an embossed, clear ty heart on the signature.
