The Way Things Should Be...

Comments are lovely. :) Flames about James being a fag are not. :( Summary: The way Meowth thinks things would be like if life was perfect for him, Jessie, and James.

I don’t wanna be like this any more... Chasing some goddamn Pikachu belonging to some 10 year old brat that is untouchable because of dumb luck. My life has always sucked but at least now I’m not losing alone. Jessie and James deserve better. Arbok, Lickitung, and Wheezing agree with me. Victreebell would agree too if it didn’t hate James so much. Any numbskull can tell those two are in it deep with each other. But the punishment for being caught with a romantic relationship with your partner is very painful and sometimes fatal. We’ve always been together through thick and thin but we haven’t gotten seriously hurt “blasting off” yet thankfully. Ash thinks we’re evil and have no emotions or lives. Hah! Wait’ll he sees some of the more dangerous members. They’d just shoot him and take his Pikachu. I think we should screw up on purpose so we will get fired. At least then we can have REAL LIVES! But Jessie’s way to proud to just loose and if the Boss thinks we ARE screwing up on purpose we’ll probably be dragged to some godforsaken lab and experimented on until we die or go insane. I wish I had a different master... I’d prefer Jessie because I’d probably scratch James daily for being such a whiner. Jessie and I could just beat up each other to our heart’s content. She also wouldn’t make me evolve. Goddamn Persian... Always think they’re better than us! I’m a lot more loyal to those two than I act. They’re like kids to me. Way to proud for their own good but still kids! I think if those two do get fired Butch and Cassidy’ll get assigned to get Pikachu. I’d wish ‘em luck but they don’t deserve it and never will. I wish the Boss hadn’t sprung ‘em. Jail was too good for those two. That breeding center was horrible! Our luck is going to run out eventually. I know it. We could try to run away but the Boss frowns on running away and if runaways are caught they are always killed. Another sad thing is now those two are too old to have any sort of normal Pokemon journey. James once confessed he’d like to run a gym. When or if we get fired we’re gonna try to get a Gym liscense. But to do that we’d have to get Pokemon that could win. Arbok, Lickitung, and Wheezing are stronger than they look but nobody could beat that Pikachu! I doubt Mew or Mewtwo could beat it! Lickitung’s very proud of itself for beating Pikachu that one time. That reminds me of Togepi. How could Misty do that? I cared for that egg better than Brock, Ash, and Misty put together! And of course I lost the tournament because of Pikachu. A freak accident left Togepi with the person who least deserved it. James wanted to eat it and could have cared for it better! I hope it’ll be okay. It’s getting dark out but tonight we’re lucky enough to stay in a hotel so we don’t have to sleep on the ground. I look out the window and dream of what could have been....
