Competing all over the world in some of the most bizarre matches, he has certainly earned his title of "King of the Death Match." After joining the World Wrestling Federation as Mankind, it seemed that Mick Foley was through with Cactus Jack. However, a bitter feud with Triple H forced Foley to resurrect the hardcore legend for one night at Madison Square Garden.
Having viciously beaten his foe in that brawl, Cactus was not seen again for over three months, until he was forced to re-appear to combat the New Age Outlaws. Witnessing his 'friend', Dudelove, being hospitalized at the hands of the New Age Outlaws, Cactus Jack came for revenge!
