Cinderella

Once upon a time, someone once told me that Cinderella was actually a prophecy, not just a story. And I believe the Lord has now given me understanding.
You will know the bride of Christ, Cinderella, because of her walk, her shoes, her slippers. She walks along the narrow path of life. In the original prophecy, her slippers were made of gold, and there were no faries, but angels. The house is the field, her step-sisters are the tares, they are not blood related, they have different fathers. The evil step mother represents satan, and as pharoah is a wicked ruler. It is symbolic of us being a prisoner to sin, in bondage. The friend of the Bridegroom went out and gave out invitations to the Kings Ball. After 2 days, or 2000 years, the Bride is given time to prepare herself, then the trumpets were blown, announcing the great wedding. For the Kings Ball is for His Son, The Prince, who will choose His Bride. Cinderella, the Bride of Christ, made herself ready, her rags, the flesh was being transformed by the renewing of her mind. Satan the step mother tried to stop her, giving her more chores, more work to do, more things to keep her mind of Christ and the marriage supper. But Cinderella knew she had to put away the flesh and the lusts thereof, to be renewed, a new creation, a new man... She put off her rags and put on a 'white gown.' "No man putteth a piece of new cloth unto an old garment, for that which is put in to fill it up taketh from the garment, and the rent is made worse. Neither do men put new wine into old bottles; else the bottles break, and the win runneth out, and the bottles perish: but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved." Matthew 8:16-17

She was supernaturally taken to the Palace by a chariot, as Elijah. And at the Ball, Cinderella's shoe fit the slipper. She was worthy. For many are called, but few are chosen, and her sisters cried, "Prince, Prince, we also have received an invitation."

"And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment. And he saith unto him, 'Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment?' And he was speechless. Then said the king to the servants, 'Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth." Matthew 22:11-13

Will you have on a wedding garment? Will the Prince of Peace be able to put the slipper upon your foot? Will it fit? Will you live happily ever after in His Kingdom? Will He be able to say to you, "Well done, thou good and faithful servant?"

The Bride of Christ, needs to be ready before Midnight.
"And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh, go ye out to meet Him." Matthew 25:6
"Thus saith the LORD, About midnight will I go out into the midst of Egypt." Exodus 11:4
"In a moment shall they die, and the people shall be troubled at midnight, and pass away; and the mighty shall be taken away without hand." Job 34:20
"At midnight I will Rise to give thanks unto thee because of thy righteous judgements." Psalms 119:62

Be ready, Be Wise.

Peace
Your brother in Christ, Eric
