I found this one extremely good for panfish.
It is a woolly Bugger with a white marabou herl tail.
Maybe trout would like the idea of a white tail.
Art flick created this one. This was tied in a Clouser method and added bead chain eyes in lieu of weighting with lead.

Used close-cell foam for back and used a permanent ink yellow to color.

If you seen the movie "A River Runs Through It", this was the only fly that would catch a rainbow for the actors.
