On 11/21, one of our cool players, Keith Jones "Jonesy" retired due to knee problems. This is unfair. Jonesy is only 32 and had many more years in the NHL. He was one of the players you loved to have on your team and hated playing against. He was always a team player, and made his presence known on the ice. He also knew how to get under the skin of the opposing team. And as all Flyer fans remeber the horrifying ordeal when Lindros's lung collapsed, Jonesy actually saved Eric's life by making him go to the hospital. I got my picture taken with him last year at the carnival and he couldn't have been nicer. Jonesy will be missed!! I wish him the best of luck in the future!!!
