*IGBM Video*
Alright, incase you guys didn't know this, like me, the World Premire of *NSYNC's new video, "It's Gonna Be Me", was when they showed Making the Video Monday May 22. So that means that it is time once again to VOTE 4 them! (www.mtv.com) Here is the scoop on the video.

One by one, *NSync's Justin Timberlake, Joey Fatone, Lance Bass, JC Chasez and Chris Kirkpatrick emerge from the tiny trailer parked outside Los Angeles Center Studios.

"We wanted a theme for the album, and the best theme was the truth — we're finally free of all those strings that were attached to us." — Lance Bass The biggest pop stars in the world are instantly recognizable, even though today they look like Ken-doll versions of themselves. Molds of their hair, eyebrows and ears have been glued over their real features, and the rest of their skin is coated with a mixture of latex and paint.

"They say I look like Eddie Munster," stammers Kirkpatrick, who appears after a smiling and silent Bass. "Do I look like Eddie Munster?"

This is the second day of the Orlando, Fla., group's video shoot for "It's Gonna Be Me", the second single from their record-breaking, chart-topping third album, No Strings Attached. Set in a toy store, the clip features the group members as dolls waiting for someone to take them home — but the other toys in the store also are vying for shoppers' attention.

After Bass and Kirkpatrick comes Fatone, who holds a cell phone 3 inches from his ear, so as not to screw up the four-hour makeup job. Timberlake follows, practicing his robot moves as he tests the flexibility of his pasted-on eyebrows. Finally, Chasez emerges and marches determinedly toward the doors of the studio.

Once inside the soundstage — which is packed with life- sized toys, from a Volkswagen Beetle to a giant dollhouse — *NSync take turns shooting a scene in which each punches through plastic of his doll box and bursts out. It's the part of the video where they "become real," Chasez explains. (Sonicnet)

*NSYNC Reveals Film Details As Lance Unveils Label*

True to their word, the men of 'NSYNC turned up at the Cannes Film Festival on Tuesday to reveal at least a few details about the film plans the group has on the table.

Messieurs Chasez, Fatone, Kirkpatrick, Bass, and Timberlake announced that they will play fictional characters, not themselves, in a music-driven feature film that's set to begin production early next year.

The production looks to be an in-house affair, as Total Film Group and 'NSYNC's own Phat Free Productions will share responsibility for the production. The group hopes that working with the two small companies will help them avoid Hollywood's controlling, creative politics.

Speaking with MTV News' Chris Connelly last month, the group talked about those concerns as 'NSYNC's J.C. Chasez said, "So far as the movie's concerned, even with this latest album, we wanted complete creative control. We wanted it to be solely to be about what 'NSYNC is about, and when we go to do a movie, we want to do it our way, that way it doesn't get cheesed out and it just doesn't feel it's not us and what we wanted to do."

MTV News caught up with the group as they were filming a trailer for the yet-to-be-filmed movie. 'NSYNC unveiled that trailer at a low-key party on a private Cannes beach overlooking the Mediterranean Tuesday night.

While the boy band moves into the film biz, 'NSYNC's Lance Bass apparently got the mogul bug as well. Bass staged a press conference on Monday at Nashville's Planet Hollywood to announce plans for his production company, Free Lance Entertainment, to sponsor a talent search to find new, promising country pop music artists (that's right, country music) for Bass' own record label.

"I've had the dream of having my own label for quite a while, and I was talking to my manager a few years go, and he was like, 'Go ahead and do it now while you're learning about it,'" Bass explained. "So me and my family decided to make it a family business and we started [the label]."

Bass and his label then inked a deal with country singer Meredith Edwards and are now on the hunt for new additions to the roster.

"Now I'm having this talent search to help find other acts and to help new artists out there try to find deals," Bass said. "It's very hard out there to have the connections, especially when you're from cities like I am where you're not near a major city. There's so much talent out there."

Bass is looking for performers 18 years of age and older, and encourages those interested to find more information online at www.getmusic.com/free_lance/. (MTV)

*NSYNC about Tour

Armed with 27 trucks, 12 buses, and more than enough pyro to put your eye out, 'NSYNC kicked off its sold-out North American tour Tuesday night in Biloxi, Mississippi.

The evening of choreography, pyro, and costume changes kicked off with the title track of "No Strings Attached" and found Joey Fatone pausing at the end of the opening number to offer a "Hello, Biloxi."

The show at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum saw five costume changes in all as the group performed in front of sets that morphed from vaudevillian to futuristic. The show also boasted an interactive video poll hosted by MTV's Ananda Lewis that asks the audience to pick their favorite song by applause.

Apparently, amid all the madness, there was music as well. During the 90-minute performance, 'NSYNC sang such old favorites as "Tearin' Up My Heart" and "I Want You Back" as well as new songs like "Bye, Bye, Bye" and their upcoming single "It's Gonna Be Me."

The tour comes in support of the band's album, "No Strings Attached," which hardly seems to need the help. In a mere seven weeks, the album has sold 5 million copies and will remain at number one on next week's "Billboard" album chart. (MTV)

*NSYNC To Unleash The Dragon*
As a member of R&B quartet Dru Hill, crooner Sisqo probably never imagined he would one day share a bill with a pop music boy band. But Sisqo, whose single, "Thong Song," has penetrated mainstream radio, has snagged the much-coveted slot as featured performer for 'N Sync on their fifty-date U.S. tour, which kicks off May 9 in Biloxi, Miss.
It might seem unusual matching kid-friendly 'N Sync with Sisqo, whose lyrics ("She had dumps like a truck, thighs like what, all night long, let me see that thong") would make any mother cringe. But the members of 'N Sync aren't fazed by the contradiction. "Sisqo is a great artist" says Doug Brown, the boy band's manager. "He's got some hot stuff right now, and the 'N Sync guys like him a lot."
And the boys of 'N Sync are no strangers to R&B and hip-hop. They recently appeared on R&B singer Joe's "I Believe In You," and at one point Justin Timberlake planned to appear in Sisqo's "Thong Song" video. They also contributed to the soundtrack for Light It Up, which featured music by DMX, Ja Rule and Outkast. (SCHAFER, Rolling Stone Mag.)
*Lance Wants To Be a Millionaire*
Well, he probably already is but anyway...Lance Bass and many other celebs dished out their knowledge during the Celeb Edition of Who Wants to Be A Millionaire? Lance won $125,000 and donated it all the charity. Awww-what a sweet heart! :)
*NSYNC and Joe*
If you have worn out your NSA album alreay here is a new song to look for. On Joe's new album there is a duet with *NSYNC. It is called "I Believe in You". It should be a good one (duh-we are talking about *NSYNC here) so look for it.

During BSB's first week out with Millenium, they sold 1.13 million copies and that was the record on the charts. *We say BBB at #4*
On April 27th, *NSYNC had spent the final day on the TRL countdown. Due to MTV's Wanna Be a VJ-3, the people in Missouri were the only ones allowed to vote and they put *NSYNC at number 4! Personally I don't think that was fair and that everyone should have been able to vote but things happenand we know that there was nothing to do to prevent it. But be watching for their next video for "It's Gonna Be Me" in May.
*NSYNC at the Grammys*
