My Best Friend
This poem was written for an old friend of mine, who probably wouldn't even acknowledge my existence if she passed me on the street.

- We said we'd be best friends,
- Always and forever.
- We spent ever hour,
- Every minute together.
- I could tell her anything,
- And she could do the same.
- She listened to my every problem,
- No matter how lame.
- But then came the day,
- That we went our seperate ways.
- I wish we were still best friends,
- Those were some of my happiest days.
