National Family Caregivers Association NFCA is the only national, charitable organization dedicated to making life better for all of America's family caregivers. Family caregivers focus on their loved one's needs. NFCA focuses on family caregivers.

Well Spouse Foundation The Well Spouse Foundation provides peer support for spouses of people with MS and other disorders and promotes individual chapter meetings. It publishes a bi-monthly newsletter and provides mutual aid and letterwriting support groups.
