Black Bean Dip1/2 cup Miracle Whip® (Regular, Lite or Free) salad dressing 1/2 cup light sour cream 1 (4 oz) can green chilies, drained 2 tbls chopped cilantro 1 tsp chili powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp cumin a few drops of hot pepper sauce, to taste. ( I personally, like about medium on the spice scale.) Mash beans with fork, stir in other ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate at least 2 hours brfore serving. This dip is best made the day before! Serve with tortilla chips, or try with cut up veggies! (Cut up green and red peppers are great with this dip!!) |
