This sounds like a really good, quick dish out of the Microwave, unfortunately, I haven't been able to try it...because, I don't own a microwave...LOL!!
But if (and when) I make it, I'd serve it with a warm loaf of crusty bread!!

(I will try to adapt it for oven at a later date)

Reuben Casserole

2 cups Swiss cheese; shredded
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 can Sauerkraut; rinsed & drained
2 tbls Butter
1 can Corned beef; chopped,
12 oz (1/4 cup) Thousand Island dressing
2 Tomatoes; sliced (optional)
1 Green pepper; cut in rings
1/4 c Bread crumbs

Put sauerkraut in buttered 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish.
Top with corned beef, broken into bits, then cheese.
Combine mayonnaise and Thousand Island dressing and spread over cheese.
Top with tomatoes or green pepper.
Melt butter in microwave and blend with bread crumbs, spread over top.
Cook in microwave on high for 12 minutes.
