Whole Wheat Muffins1 cup Whole Wheat Flour1 cup All Purpose flour 2/3 cup brown sugar (dark works great!) 3 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamin 1/2 tsp nutmeg 3/4 cup milk 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1 egg slightly beaten 3/4 cup raisins (optional) Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease bottoms only of muffin cups or use liners. In medium bowl, combine dry ingredients. In small bowl, combine the milk, oil and egg. Add to dry ingredients all at once mixing until just moistened. Fill cups 2/3 full and bake 15 to20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm. Try them with Honey Butter!!In a small bowl cream 1/2 cup butter or
