Very Easy and out of this world!!! (and I like easy, lol!!) Heavenly Mashed Potatoes1/2 pkg frozen Ore-IdaŽ Mashed Potatoes 1 cup milk 1/2 cup sour cream 2 oz. light cream cheese 1 tablespoon bacon bits 1/2 tablespoon green onions, chopped fine salt and pepper to taste Prepare potatoes following package directions but using only 1 cup milk. Add sour cream and cream cheese to warm potatoes. Stir until creamy and blended. Add bacon bits and green onions. Add salt and pepper to taste.
