STUFFED QUARTERS!

1 Package Leg Quarters
1 bottle italian dressing
4 cups croutons crushed
1 Tsp oregano
1 Tsp basil
1 Tsp garlic powder
1 Tsp onion powder

Preheat the oven to 375º.
Place the chicken in a bowl & top with half of the dressing.
Marinate in refrigerator for 20 mins.
Place 2 cups of the croutons on the bottom of a baking dish.
Stuff the remaining croutons in between the skin and the meat of the leg quarters.
Use the remaining dressing to cover the chicken and sprinkle with mixture of dry seasonings.
Cover & bake 45 mins or until done.
(The chicken is done when a fork can be easily inserted and removed & the juices run clear.)
Serve with twice baked potatoes and corn.
