WHITE CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKE
1 1/4 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
1/3 cup (5 1/3 Tbsp.) butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar, divided
2-8 oz. pkgs, cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1-6 oz. pkg. (3 foil-wrapped bars) Nestle
Premier White Baking Bars, melted
you can also use melted white chocolate chips or
melted white baking chocolate)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Fresh raspberries for garnish
Preheat oven to 375 F.
In small bowl, combine chocolate wafer crumbs, butter and 1/4 cup sugar;
press evenly into 9 inch pie plate (or springform pan); chill.
In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and
remaining sugar until smooth.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Blend in melted white chocolate and vanilla
extract.
Pour into prepared crust.
Bake 30 minutes or until edges are very
lightly browned.
Cool completely.
Garnish with raspberries.
Chill until serving time.
