21/04/02 - I have finally had a donation, three years after the site was created! A proud soul I am!

Lucy Bradbury, from Actually I Don't Know, sent me 500, yes five big ones... in Monopoly money. :D She also sent a charming letter explaining to me that there are actually 67 sites similar to this one. Hmmm. I did wonder why I wasn't getting any donations... ;)

On deciding to retire Send Me A Quid (after subsequently forgetting it ever existed for three years [I had to do a search for it on Angelfire to find it...]) due to paranoia of 'net pervs and AOL selling my soul, I am glad to have added at least one name to the Hall of Fame.

So thanks Lucy for making my experiment worthwhile. :)
