I
would like to invite you to join with me, to learn what God’s Word says about
healing being available today to anyone who is in need of it. Then, I will take you even further to understand
how it is God’s will for you to walk daily in what is known as divine health.
Do
you look at the almost daily reports in the newspapers, as well as hear it on
television and radio that the price of health insurance is going to be so high
that people will not be able to afford it?
If you will take the time to examine the information in the scriptures
that I will be providing for you, you will learn for yourself about how God not
only can heal you, but how you can live a lifestyle of divine health. I have lived for many years without sickness
being able to stay in my life and it’s my hearts desire to be able to help you
do the same.
In
I John 5:14, and 15, it says, “this is the confidence that we can have in Him,
that if we ask anything according to His will, we know He hears us, and since
He hears us, we have the petition we desire.”
There
are eight different ways in the New Testament alone that God makes available
for us to obtain our healing. In this
study however, I will take you through the Old Testament, as well as the New
Testament.
There
are five things that will be accomplished through this study, that will not
only challenge you, give you hope, but also give you the information you need
to fulfill the commission the Lord gave to each one of us as born-again
children of God, to “lay hands on the sick and they shall recover.”
1.
To enable you as a believer to develop a lifestyle
of perfect health on a day –to-day basis.
2.
Teach you the Word of God so you can
intelligently cooperate in your healing process.
3.
By going through this study, you will no
longer have to question why some people are healed, or why people are not
healed. You will have God’s Word on it.
4.
You will be able to eliminate the “if” and
know it is God’s will to heal today.
5.
You will have been provided a sound basis
from God’s Word to enable you as a member of the Body of Christ to follow
Christ’s directions to lay hands on the sick and see them recover.
In
Hebrews 2:3, it says, “How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation?”
