DESTINY AWAITS!!

In a recent study about our natural DNA I discovered a very interesting fact.  While our DNA contains the 'encoding' for each individual, the DNA itself can experience damage and change sequence.  Mutagens, free radicals, viruses, etc. can attack the DNA system and produce various forms of damage.  For example, a virus, because it travels so freely, cannot produce more virus in our system unless it 'hijacks' a living cell forcing it to become a virus.  Our bodies are constantly 'attacked' by external viruses, which will find residency in us when our immune system is weak. 

       While doing this research, I began to focus on our spiritual DNA.  We are "fearfully and wonderfully made" (Ps. 137:13-17) in God's image (Gen. 1-3).  As a result, our DNA contains the very essence of God.  Through the 'virus' of compromise we lose our original DNA and accept the nature of Satan.  Yet, through Christ we have an opportunity to "put on the new man, who was created according to God in true righteousness and holiness" (Eph. 4-22-24).  Our spiritual DNA is re-instated when Christ becomes our personal Savior and Lord.  He restores our destiny, our dignity, or purpose and gives us His Spirit and His Word so that we may withstand every attack of the enemy.  In other words, our enemy-Satan, is only a roaring lion, that has no power over us.  The only way he can access our spiritual DNA is by 'hijacking' our thoughts and making us meditate on his lies, rather than God's truth and destiny for our lives.  The 'virus' of compromise, fear, rejection, anger, depression will begin to change our DNA until our thoughts become actions, and our actions lead to permanent life-style habits. 

       When we put God first, and meditate on things that are noble, just, pure, lovely, (Phil. 4:8), the enemy cannot trick us into believing him above God.  He can send various viruses, but they cannot grab hold of us because we have taken preventive immune system care, by building ourselves up in the most holy faith.   In the natural, a strong immune system will not allow viruses to penetrate the DNA coding.  God showed me that Destiny Never Achieved equals a DNA that has the virus of compromise attached to its cells.  Knowing the truth and choosing not to obey God will eventually lead to compromise and loss of our destiny.  Those who understand their destiny with God and continuously pursue Him will resist the lies of the enemy, and therefore maintain a healthy DNA.  Destiny Never Abandoned should be a part of our DNA system.  We are the only ones who can choose which DNA to carry.  Our destiny awaits!
