ABOVE WHAT WE CAN THINK OR ASK

"Anxious
hearts are very heavy, but a word of encouragement does
wonders." (Proverbs 12:25 LB)
I
spoke at a church locally a while back, and a lady came forward for
prayer. I gave her a word from God that a relative of hers had deserted
her and the family for some time, but that she would call and apologize.
The woman burst into tears and told me that it was her mother; and that she had
disappeared about eight years ago and not told her or anyone in the family
where she was going. She and her daughter agreed that if her mother apologized,
that that would be a miracle, as she doesn't apologize to anyone!
My
husband and I were in Wal-mart recently and there was this lady! She said,
"I have been wanting to talk to you!" And, she went on to
tell me what the Lord had done!
Her
mother had been gone for eight years and no one knew where she was. But,
shortly after I had given this lady the prophecy from the Lord, her
mother called and apologized! They communicated by phone for one
year. Then, she came here for eighteen days and straightened things out
with her family. She then went back home for eighteen days. And,
then she died! She made things right before her death. God's timing
is always perfect!
There
are some of you who have waited upon God for an answer for a long time.
It has been so long that you feel like it will never happen. But, I am
sharing this true account to encourage you to know that God has not forgotten
your situation!
I
was speaking on KLTV one day when God gave me a word of knowledge. It was
that there was a lady watching whose husband had just left her, and that she
had three older children who were away from God. But, I told her that God
would make it up to her about her husband leaving, and that all three of her
children would return to God!
This
lady works locally. And, though we didn't know her, she
recognized me from the television program, and we had the privilege of
meeting her! She gave us her testimony of how she had heard the program
and that it exactly described her situation. She went on to say that,
since then, two of her three children have already come back to God!
Later,
we saw the lady again and she was ecstatic! She said that the last one
has now returned to God and that he led his friend to the Lord, also!
God
does "above and beyond, even what we can ask or think!” Eph. 3:20
Then,
there was a lady in Africa, where I was preaching, who came forward for
healing. She had three diseases or sicknesses in her body. She had
been forward before in meetings but had not been healed. But, she did
not give up! I prayed for her, as well as for others, for
healing. This was during the first part of the week of revival meetings.
Toward
the end of the week's revival meetings, she asked her pastor if she could share
a testimony. She said that God had completely healed her of all three
conditions, and that she had returned to her doctor who confirmed it! The
lady was rejoicing in the goodness of God and His healing power!
WE’ll get our answer if we don't give up!
There
was also another lady in Africa at a church where I spoke, and I gave her a
word of knowledge that she was barren, but that God would give her
children. I did not say a "child", but
"children"! Her pastor was at our home in America about a year
later and talked with his wife on the phone. She told him to tell me that
that same woman was now in the hospital with "twins"!
God does what He says he will do!
That
situation or condition, which seems so hopeless to us, is easy for God!
He cares and His power is not limited!
Does
God care even about the material needs that you have? Yes, He does.
Once
again, I was speaking at a large church in Africa. I was sitting on the
platform during the preliminaries, when I suddenly realized that I was going to
have to use the restroom before I spoke! I went down to the front row and
asked a lady is she would show me where the restroom was. But, when we
got outside, she said, "Don't you remember me?!" I did not
remember her until she told me what the word was from God that I had given
her. I told her that God was going to give her a new car! And, that
is quite a miracle over there in many cases to have your own car! So, she
took me to see what the Lord had done - and there was a beautiful new car!
GOd always keeps His word!
I
could go on and on with such stories of the love, grace, and mercy of
God! But, suffice it to say, God is still on the throne and nothing is
too hard for the Lord!
Sometimes
people in other countries get what they desire from God because they
"place a demand upon the anointing". They have needs and they
are desperate!
This
does not mean that we "demand" God, but rather to come as people did
to Jesus, with faith and desperate needs; believing that He would help them.
This
is the day and age that is the most exciting time for the church of Jesus
Christ! God is doing a quick work in all of the earth! And, every
one of us can be a part of this great work!
If
the enemy has been trying to hold you down, rise up today in the name of Jesus
and believe God, even for the impossible!
(Mk.
11:22-24) "And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in
God. For verily I say unto you, that whosoever shall say unto this
mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt
in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to
pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. Therefore, I say unto you, What
things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them,
and ye shall have them."
Someone
reading this article right now has been under a load of discouragement and
depression. Do you know why the enemy has been attacking you? It is
because God is getting ready to enlarge your ministry and He is going to give
you a new measure of health. You have been as the eagle when he is
old; who goes off by himself and pulls all of his feathers out. Then,
when they have grown back in, he goes back with renewed strength and a "second
wind"!
Even
as you are reading this, God's Spirit is touching you, and you are feeling
warmth coming into your body. This is the healing anointing of Jesus
Christ!
He
is renewing your health and strength like the eagles! He is saying, "Let
the weak say, I am strong!" You
are going to begin to experience changes in your body and health from this time
on.
