SPIRITUAL
DISABILITIES
Minister Francine Stuart,
Do you know who you
are? You may think that this is a ridiculous question but If you take the time to think about it, what would your
answer be?
Allow let me to inform
you that you are more than your parents’ child. You have the choice to be
the child of perdition (satan’s
slave) or God’s adopted son or daughter.
If you chose to be a
child of perdition then you may not realize that the world you live in is crammed
with darkness and spiritual disabilities, which are:
1. Hearing
impairment (can’t hear God’s voice) My sheep
respond to my voice, and I know who they are. They follow me, John 10:27
2; Blindness (so involved
in looking at the things that make you feel good that you cannot see God’s plan
of salvation for your life) Then Jesus told him, "I have come to judge the
world. I have come to give sight to the blind and to show those who think they
see that they are blind." John 9:39
3. Lost and
confused (confused about your identity.
Cannot find your way to a successful life) God is not the author of
confusion, but of peace. Corinthians 14:
Healing from these
disabilities come through the knowledge that
Jesus Christ died so that we would be forgiven from sin and the faith that as
we accept Him as our personal Savior, we are free from satan’s
clutches. Our actions prove our faith!
Everyone who believes has
God's approval through faith in Jesus Christ. There is no difference between
people because all people have sinned; they have fallen short of God's glory.
They receive God's approval freely by an act of his kindness through the
price Christ Jesus paid to set us free [from sin]. God showed that Christ is
the throne of mercy where God's approval is given through faith in Christ's
blood. In his patience God waited to deal with sins committed in the past. He
waited so that he could display his approval at the present time. This shows
that he is a God of justice, a God who approves of people who believe in Jesus.
Romans 3:23-26 once you make up your mind to follow Jesus, He will free
you to become successful in life. You will know the truth, and the truth will
set you free." John 8:32
