I
MESSED UP!!
Are you ever sad because
you feel that you haven’t accomplished anything in your life? If you
think it’s too late to do anything about it, you’re mistaken. God is not
concerned with time. He is the Creator of time! He knew all about
you before you were born. He is speaking you when He says, “I knew you
before I formed you in your mother’s womb.” (Jeremiah 1:4-5) “For I know
the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not
for disaster, to give you a future and a hope” Jeremiah 29:11
You might answer, “Yes,
but I messed up so many times. How do I know that there is hope for
me?
God knew exactly what you
were going to do before you did it. He knew how many times you were going
to do the things that would displease Him; yet
He made a way for you to receive your forgiveness once you admit that you were
disobedient to His laws. God has shown us his love by sending his only Son
into the world so that we could have life through him. This is love: not that
we have loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the payment for
our sins 1 John 4:9 - 10
He wants you to have
another chance that’s why He sent His only begotten Son to die for you.
Jesus took ALL your wrong and sinful ways with Him on the cross. He is
offering you a new life and if you want it, ask Him for it.
Our Almighty Father wants
you to know that you are a very precious person. No matter what you’ve
done, if you come to Him and ask Him to forgive you, He will. Not only that, He
will adopt you as His own child. He wants you to know how very special
you are to Him.
For only a penny you can
buy two sparrows, yet not one sparrow falls to the ground without your Father's
consent. As for you, even the hairs of your head have all been counted So do
not be afraid; you are worth much more than many sparrows
As a child of God, you
will have no reason to feel alone. Life will not be without problems but
you won’t be alone. God will help you out through His Holy Spirit.
He said, “When you pass through deep waters, I will be with you;
your troubles will not overwhelm you. When you pass through fire, you will not
be burned; the hard trials that come will not hurt you.” Isaiah
43:2
AS A CHILD OF GOD, YOU WILL BE GUIDED AND ENCOURAGED TO
ACCOMPLISH
WHAT YOU THOUGHT YOU
COULD NEVER DO!
